Woodford Youth Football Club                                       In  Association With Manford Way FC

The 2010/11 season finds Woodford's Under 12's B team proud recipients of sponsorship from top Barclays Premiership and International defender Benoit Assou Ekotto.

Benoit has generously sponsored the squad, with the boys kits bearing the End Poverty 2015 Millennium Campaign logo, for which Benoit is a proud Advocate.

The entire team made their way to the Power League recently to meet their new sponsor, where the evening was spent quizzing Benoit about his fantastic achievements - and posing for plenty of photos, of course!

Team Manager Simon Henry reported the meeting went very well, and was a perfect opportunity for the team to express their thanks to Benoit for his support. Simon added that the meeting was an added inspiration for the boys to continue working hard towards achieving a second successive promotion this season!
